Ammar Daba is a Syrian comedian, writer, and producer based in Amsterdam whose work spans stand-up, podcasting, screenwriting, and satire. He rose to prominence on Comedy Central’s Comedy 3al Wagef (2018) and his own special Menna w Fina (2019), later creating the acclaimed animated series Mawqef Micro and writing the sitcom Karimophobia (2020). He is the host of Show hal Usboo3?, a groundbreaking political satire show, and has toured internationally with bold, thought-provoking comedy. Passionate about nurturing talent, Ammar has mentored over 80 Arab comedians through his workshops.
