A night to celebrate refugee filmmakers and creatives!
How can refugee filmmakers and creatives who have arrived in the Netherlands be supported in finding their place and creative expression?
Buddy Film Foundation offers a network and a platform to help facilitate this. The Buddy Film Night, hosted at Rialto, is open to everyone and provides an opportunity to connect with the foundation, watch interesting films, and engage with like-minded individuals.

Join us for a special evening as we showcase two films directed by Alka Sadat and Nafiss Nia, two talented women with refugee backgrounds who skillfully weave poetry into their storytelling. Following the screening, Nafiss Nia will take the stage to engage in a Q&A session with the audience. Don't miss this unique opportunity to witness the power of storytelling through the lens of these remarkable filmmakers.
We will end the evening with drinks and Mediterranean snacks. Hope to see you there!
